This tour departs from Monument Square next to the “Our Lady of Grace Monument” at 456 Congress St, Portland, ME 04101.Old Port Historic Workouts was created and designed by fitness professional Leigh Rush Olson for
all fitness levels that entails a 90 minute workout. Beginning with a warm-up followed by speed walking or light jogging to various landmarks and monuments to discuss historical facts and anecdotes of the Old Port's rich history, all while performing various exercises for a super total body workout!
Requirements: All activities and meals are provided free of charge, including ground transportation. It is the participant’s responsibility to book flights accordingly to be ready to start the tour with the group. Transportation to Portland, Maine is not included. Participants should be able to walk, taste, relax, and smile (especially when sharing your experience). Participants should be in good health and advise organizers of any disabilities, medical conditions, food allergies, or physical limitations.

Exertion Level: Intermediate (RPE 9-11) Light jogging or speed walking.
